Court Reservations
- You may reserve available courts up to seven days in advance, beginning at 8:00 am.
- All reservations will be completed through our on line reservation system.
- You may still reserve by phone.
- For direct bookings, click on the
Reservations button to the left. Please Note: Reservations in our popular times are limited, and will be booked on a first come, first served basis. If it is very important for you to have the same time each week, we suggest that you investigate the possibility of purchasing a Block Time.
Dress Code
- Clean, non-marking running shoes are required.
- Please clean shoes before going on court.
Use of Equipment
- Please show respect for the clubhouse and the courts. This keeps costs down for everyone.
Refund Policy
- All purchases are non-refundable. Injury is not a reason for refund or extension. However, packages may be sold by you, and ownership transferred to the buyer.

Payment of Fees
- Fees for reserved time are due before going on court. Please be prepared to pay for additional time.
- Payment may be made using cash, cheque, Interac or credit card. (VISA, M/C, Amex)
- Fees for courts, lessons, leagues, or play groups may be paid using a point package.
- Block time, adult and junior group programs may not be paid using a point package. These are priced separately and include court and pro fees.
- Packages may be used to pay for other players.
Calculation of Point Totals
- Divide the normal fee due the club by $7.86, and round to the nearest tenth.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of any reserved time must be made prior to 6:00 pm the previous day, or within one hour of reserving.
- On the third late cancellation, reservation privileges will be automatically disabled.
